Our studio offers a most eclectic range of yoga styles to explore and enjoy. We bring to the Cleveland area classes in the widely-practiced Indian Hatha Yoga tradition--specifically Amrit, Classical Hatha, Hatha Blend, Sivananda, and Vinyasa--as well as exotic Kundalini.  We are also the area's first yoga studio to offer ongoing classes and workshops in the increasingly popular Chinese Yoga tradition--Yin, Yang, and Yin-Yang Blend. Our workshops, like Yoga Nidra, are traditional and experimental in theme and meaningful to all types of practitioners.  Pink Lotus Yoga welcomes you with warmth and years of collective instructor wisdom and know-how. Unless noted otherwise, our classes and workshops are open level.
