Amrit Yoga classes treat students to much more than just physical exercise. This transformative style of Hatha Yoga blends the art and science of yoga poses/postures (asana) with brief glimpses into meditation (dhyana). Each class consists of sun salutations, classic Hatha poses, re-poses (brief meditations), and relaxation.
