OUTDOOR YOGA WITH PINK LOTUS

OUTDOOR YOGA IS NOT JUST FOR SUMMER ANYMORE

Morning Outdoor Yoga: Seven Classes for September and October Just Added!

~Saturdays, September 6th-October 18th~
9:15-10:15 a.m.
Location: Rocky River Park. Meet in the grass near upper boardwalk.
Rainsite: None. Unless you see raindrops when you’re leaving for class, we’ll be gathering.
Cost per class: Donation. Cash or check written to Pink Lotus Yoga.
Parking: Limited. Carpool, ride your bike, or arrive early for a space or in time to park on a side street.

When you practice yoga outdoors, you have the opportunity to commune with nature. You also face the challenges of nature. Consider bringing the following to an outdoor yoga class, besides your nature-spirit, to help make your outdoor yoga experience the best: a mat, plastic sheeting for under your mat (if you are adverse to the chance of damp grass/mat), large towel, small towel, water, sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat. Be prepared with layers of clothing. COMING IN SEPTEMBER:  TIPS FOR PRACTICING OUTDOORS IN COOLER WEATHER.
