At Pink Lotus Yoga, our youth yoga classes are designed specifically for kids with creative movement and poses, educational games, breathing exercises, helpful props, and joyful music. We make it possible for kids to experience the benefits of yoga in a playful and non-competitive manner (no yoga experience necessary; all levels are welcome).

Youth Yoga: About our Instructor
Jacqueline Reasor received her formal teacher training and certification in Children's Yoga through ChildLight Yoga. She has also obtained Yoga 4 Classrooms training and certification, which provides unique tools and curricula for incorporating yoga into school settings. She is is committed to encouraging these and other pro-social behaviors in the children she works with. Jacqueline holds a masters degree in School Psychology from Cleveland State University, spends her free time nurturing her own mindfulness and yoga practices, enjoys her three canine companions, and lives life to its fullest with her incredible soulmate.
