Family-Focused at PLYoga
Youth Yoga at our studio was named Best Kids' Yoga on the West Side by Macaroni Kid.
Benefits of children doing yoga:
- Increases flexibility and strength
- Sharpens concentration and attention
- Builds self-esteem
- Improves mindful behaviors such as patience, a positive attitude, and respect for others
- It’s fun!
At Pink Lotus Yoga, our youth yoga classes are designed specifically for kids with creative movement and poses, educational games, breathing exercises, helpful props, and joyful music. We make it possible for kids to experience the benefits of yoga in a playful and non-competitive manner (no yoga experience necessary; all levels are welcome).
