Whenever we offer Beginners and Basics Yoga, you are in good hands. You will receive much personalized instruction on the fundamentals of yoga. Our instructors encourage questions and discussion while presenting yoga basics: healthy form in postures, varied breath work, conscious relaxation, and whole-self wellness. You will practice from the list of nearly 20 postures our studio identifies as foundation-building, encouraging you to experiment in the poses with modifications and props and to become comfortable in yoga studio community. As well, Beginners and Basics Yoga at Pink Lotus Yoga often includes a sampler from our multi-style menu.
