Yoga 101
Two-Hour Workshops for Beginners and Rebooters
Saturdays March 21 and 28 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. with Brie and Jenn

Get ready for spring. Spring into yoga by starting or rebooting your yoga practice.
In our two-hour Yoga 101 workshops, you will learn about and practice basic, foundation-building yoga postures, breathing exercises, and how to link breath to postures and basic yoga movement patterns. Each workshop offers modifications tailored to individual need, the use of yoga props, and accessible variations on basic postures. Questions are encouraged. Bring yoga into your life and keep it there as a valuable asset
to your self-care by practicing the basics in a great space under sage instruction.
Dress comfortably—layers recommended, and clothing should not be too loose or heavy—and bring a mat. Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and settle in. Avoid eating one hour prior to start time.
Yoga 101 is led by our highly knowledgeable, certified PLY yoga instructors Jenn Pae on 3/21 and Brie Dobrow on 3/28.
